Unfortunately, no. Kindly note that our wedding celebration is an intimate affair and we are only able to accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and greatly look forward to celebrating with you!

The wedding's dress code is black-tie optional which means guests are requested to wear a tuxedo or full-length gown, but a dark suit and tie or cocktail dress is also perfectly acceptable.

During the ceremony, we ask that you be fully present with us and leave taking photos and video to our photographers and videographer. We will make photos available at a later date should you wish them.

During the reception, feel free to take photos or video with the following caveat: please be careful not to interfere with or get in the way of our photographers or videographer as they document the event.

We kindly ask that you not post photos or video of the bride and groom to social media until they have posted as husband and wife to announce their wedding.

Please be respectful of participants' and other guests' privacy when choosing what to post to social media.

Guests are asked to arrive at 5:00 PM in anticipation of the ceremony starting at 5:30 PM.

Valet parking is available at Columbia Club for $20 ($50 for overnight guests).

Many additional hotels are in the venue's vicinity as well. Currently the national FFA convention is scheduled for the same weekend as the wedding, so if you need a room, we recommend you book as early as possible.

Yes. The bar will be open during the cocktail hour and throughout the reception with the exception of a brief period at the beginning of the dinner service. The bar will switch to cash service at 10:30 PM.

Yes, a vegetarian dinner option will be provided, and other restrictions can be accommodated if known in advance. Please send us a message with any restrictions when you submit your RSVP. We ask that you give as much notice as possible so the chef can make alternate arrangements as needed.

Yes, there will be a dance floor and music. Dancing is encouraged but not mandatory.

Yes, the DJ will have karaoke set up near the dance floor. Singing is encouraged but not mandatory. Graciousness towards the singers is required.
